"Felt like a bait and switch"
I ordered a specific pump size, but they sent me the wrong one. It’s really frustrating because I expected to get what I paid for, and instead it kind of felt like a bait and switch. Now I have to deal with the hassle of fixing an issue that shouldn’t have happened in the first place

"Shipping Made a Small Order Not Worth It"
I was about to order a small pond part, and everything seemed fine at first. But this is where it got annoying: the shipping cost was almost as much as the item itself. I totally understand that shipping isn’t free, but for something that small, it just felt way too high. At that point, the whole order didn’t really make sense anymore, so I left the site and bought it somewhere else. Maybe it works out better if you’re buying bigger items, but for small stuff, I’d probably skip it

"Refund Process Was Really Frustrating"
I asked for a refund and it just kept dragging on. I had to keep following up, and the replies I got didn’t really help much. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and definitely not what I’d call "good customer service."
"Shipping Took Forever"
The shipping was really slow, i felt kind of left in the dark the whole time. I kept waiting for an update or some kind of clear tracking info, but there wasn’t much to go on. It finally showed up, but the wait was frustrating.

"Box showed up beat up"
The box was crushed when it got here, and the packaging was ripped open and leaking a bit. Not exactly what you want to see sitting on your doorstep, especially when you’re already juggling groceries and trying not to trip over the dog. The product may have been fine otherwise, but the delivery condition was disappointing

At first, this seemed like it was doing the job okay, but after using it for a while, my pond actually started getting worse?! I really wasn’t expecting that, and it ended up making things more frustrating than before

"Helpful, but not as much as I hoped"
I had a few questions about the pump and reached out to support. They were polite and did give me some basic answers, but they sounded a bit unsure at times. I appreciated getting a response, but I still ended up having to figure out most of it on my own, so I’m kind of torn about the experience.

"Helped a bit, but not a huge difference"
I bought the pond clarity product after reading through the site and I was hoping for a bigger change, because after about a week it did seem to help a little, but the water was still cloudy and I found myself having to keep dosing it and checking every day to see if anything looked noticeably better, so while shipping was totally fine and the product wasn’t useless, it just didn’t clear things up as much as I expected.

"Arrived fast, but made me nervous"
So... the stuff showed up quickly, which was nice, but after I added it to my tank my fish started acting weird. I’m not sure if I used it wrong or what, but it made me uncomfortable enough that I don’t really feel safe using it again

"Not what I expected for my pond"
I really thought this filter would make a noticeable difference in my pond, but it just didn’t live up to what I was hoping for. It clogged up quickly, and even after running it, the water still stayed green. I expected it to help clear things up at least a bit, so it was disappointing. it felt like a waste of money for my setup.

"Selection felt limited to me"
I was looking around for a few pond parts and hoping to compare some filter options, but the selection felt thin. In my head, I expected there to be a few different choices for the basics, but a lot of what I was looking for either wasn’t listed or only had one option.
It might be fine if you just need something simple and already know exactly what you want, but for me it ended up feeling like more of a starting point than a real place to shop. I still had to check other sites to find what I needed, so I came away a bit disappointed

"Hard to Find What I Needed"
I was just trying to find some basic pond pump parts, and it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The menus kept taking me in circles, and the filters didn’t really help narrow things down, if that makes sense. A few pages also loaded weird on my phone, and whenever I hit back, I’d lose my place. After about 20 minutes, I just gave up. Not a great shopping experience

"They came through, just took a bit"
I had to reach out to them twice about my pump warranty, which was a little frustrating, but to be fair, they did end up helping me. It just took longer than I thought it would. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience or anything, just kind of slow.

I tried this water treatment because my pond had gotten green, and I figured it was worth a shot before trying anything more drastic. I followed the directions exactly and gave it a couple of weeks to work, so I don’t feel like I rushed to judge it. It did seem to help a little, but the water is still cloudy and not close to what I was hoping for. Shipping was fine and the bottle itself was easy to use, but for the price, I expected better results. I’m kind of disappointed.

The return took way longer than I expected, and while I appreciate that support responded, they weren’t very helpful. I was trying to be patient, but the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be.

"The products themselves are fine, no real..."
The products themselves are fine, no real complaints there. But trying to change my subscription was a hassle. It took way too many clicks, and half the time I wasn’t sure what the next step was supposed to be or if my changes had actually gone through. I just wish the process was clearer and easier to follow.

"Worked Fine at First, Then Lost Power"
I got a pond pump from The Pond Guy and at first I figured it was going to be solid because it worked well right away. But after a few weeks, the flow started getting weak. I assumed it was probably just clogged, so I cleaned it out and checked the lines, but it still wasn’t pushing water like it should. For the price, I expected it to hold up better.
